Hair removal by waxing can be painful and possibly result in irritation and skin inflammation. Bleeding and skin lifting is possible. The use of prescription drugs and topical retinols can cause adverse reactions to waxing.
For the best results hair should be grown out to the length of at least 1/8 inch, and you should have not shaved the area for at least three weeks
Receiving a waxing service the week before your period can result in increased sensitivity. Waxing during your period is fine
Waxing may cause redness and tenderness to the area. The use of numbing creams and gels before hand is not recommended
Please don’t choose to get waxed when you have a rash, sunburn, or outbreak of any kind.
Last minute cancelations (canceling after reminder text has been sent) or no shows are subject to a charge equal to the cost of service plus %5 service fee. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may be canceled and rescheduled and charged for the entire cost of the service
A $3 fee will be assessed for rescheduling
